Linda has been selling high-end residential and commercial real estate in the Tampa Bay Area since 1990. A Top Producer of million dollar estates, fine homes and waterfront properties, Linda has been the Number One agent at Re/Max Preferred in St. Pete Beach, Florida, since 1998 and the first recipient in her office of the Lifetime Achievement Award which she received in 1999, as well as the Chairman's Club Award in 2004. She has also been one of the top 100 agents in Florida since 2000, Linda was inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame at the 2001 Re/Max International Convention in San Diego, California. Linda was recognized as a Woman of Achievement for 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004 by the Women’s Council of Realtors. Linda was also among the Top 10 Million Dollar Club Realtors in Pinellas County, FL in 2004.

Not surprising, as Linda's dedication to excellence and achievement was evidenced when she graduated Number One from Savannah High School, voted Most Outstanding Sophomore at Armstrong College in Savannah, Georgia, where she was President of

 Delta Chi Sorority and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Linda also enjoyed the title of “Miss Armed Forces”.
